Over the last few years, Lory Wylot-Thomas has been the Field Nurse Case Manager for us on several very complicated worker’s compensation cases. Her work ethic, diligence, and professionalism are exemplary. She is incredibly efficient, and her rapport with injured employees is fantastic. She combs through the medical records looking for pre-existing conditions to assist with MCC and carving out what is not related to the claim. She stays on the injured worker to ensure they stay compliant on scheduled visits to keep the file moving forward.
